Description
This Shanore wedding band incorporates an intertwining Celtic knot design which symbolizes a love never ending. It has been beautifully hand-crafted and pressure set with diamonds in 14 karat white and yellow gold. It also has a unique special feature known as comfort fit which allows for the ring to be worn on the finger with ease. Comfort fit is where the inside of the band is domed with a slight curve.
Internal Fortitude
The knot pattern presented on this ring most closely resembles that of the traditional Celtic Dara knot pattern. Dara comes from the Irish word for "oak tree", one of stronger and more resilient trees in nature. The aesthetic of the knot is inspired by the actual root system of an oak tree. The oak trees were looked to for spiritual guidance by the ancient Celts, who found meaning and messages in these trees.
An Inspiring Design
The Celts were very spiritual in nature, and all of their artwork was believed to bring a sort of spiritual energy to the beholder. The Dara knot, a symbol of the oak tree, was invoked in times when one must gather their internal fortitude to remain strong in times of dispute. In addition, the knot is served as a spiritual reminder of our vastly divine inner resources, always there to lend us wisdom and guidance.
