ITEMS PURCHASED IN OUR STORES

Items purchases in our stores may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days. Items must be accompanied by your receipt, be in original condition and packaging as determined by store clerk. Certain exclusions apply. Sizes exchanges may be accommodated from others stores if required by store transfer or direct to customer shipping. 
CHRISTMAS EXCHANGE DEADLINE IS ALWAYS The 3rd SUNDAY OF JANUARY AND HAS PASSED.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund purchases in cash as clerks do not have access to more than the drawer. As per our Payment Card Industry Compliance Certification and our System Security Protocols Debit and Credit card purchases can only be returned to the card used. Tipperary Gift Card and Stored Value ID Number purchases can only be refunded to Gift Cards.

ITEMS PURCHASED ON OUR WEBSITES AND SHIPPED:

Items may be returned for refund or exchange in original packaging in original condition as determined by us within 30 Days transaction date. Every item is checked, rechecked and double checked, not only on it's arrival to us, but also many times before it leaves our building. All items leave Tipperary Stores in original condition. Items should be inspected upon receipt to ensure that no damage has occurred during shipping. In the extremely rare instance that a shipment is damaged in transit we must be notified immediately upon receipt of any damage so we may contact your chosen carrier USPS, UPS or FedEx on your behalf. We will then notify you of the steps to be taken. A return authorization is required before you send anything to us. Unless otherwise instructed items must be shipped USPS/UPS paid to Tipperary 3956 NY 2 Brunswick NY 12180; Restocking fees may apply. 

ITEMS THAT MAY NOT BE RETURNED:

Any food related item, diamonds and engagement jewelry, wedding bands and special order merchandise, Made To Order Merchandise, final sale items, worn items, items showing pet hair, items that smell of pets, smoke from tobacco, cannabis, wood, turf, or any other smoke or odor. All exchanges and returns are at the discretion of the management and are subject to refusal.

Customers should all be aware that Media Products including but not limited to CD's, Cassettes, Vinyl, Video, DVD, Electronic Downloads and Books are not returnable or refundable, as mandated by United States Federal Copyright Law, unless deemed defective. In the extremely rare instance that a media item may be defective we will replace it within 10 days of date of original purchase, and for the same exact title only. Allowance are made for standard shipping times.

Our policy is posted throughout our stores year round and is referenced on receipts. Every Christmas post season, after making thousands and thousands of folks happy we are forced to endure that one "unreasonable" person. Please do not be that person.
